Your Journey Abroad, Built on Trust

We provide honest, end-to-end guidance for students from India and Nepal seeking access to quality education in the UK and beyond.

About Us

We Have Walked in Your Shoes

Most agencies talk about placements. We talk about journeys because we have lived them ourselves.

Vidhyaverse was born from a simple realisation: the path to international education is often filled with noise, confusion and pressure, making it easy for students to feel like just another number in the system.

We moved to the UK, earned our UK MBAs, and built successful professional careers there. Today, we bring together 39 years of combined experience to help ensure that students do not just secure an admission, but build a future.

A Note from Our Founders

We started Vidhyaverse because we wanted to be the mentors we wish we had 15 years ago. Our promise is simple: total transparency, genuine empathy, and a path built on real experience.

Our Vision

To be the most trusted, impact-driven gateway for international education, empowering students from India and Nepal to transition from global learners to global leaders.

Our Mission

To provide uncompromising, end-to-end guidance that prioritises right-fit placements over volume, ensuring our students are supported from their first enquiry to their first professional milestone in the UK.

What will studying in the UK actually cost me?

Studying in the UK is a serious investment, but how much you pay depends on your course, university, and city.

Average tuition fees:

    1. Undergraduate: Β£12,000 – Β£22,000 per year

    2. Postgraduate: Β£12,000 – Β£30,000 per year

    3. MBA / Medicine: Β£15,000 – Β£50,000+ per year

How much should I budget for living expenses as an international student?

Your monthly living costs will likely fall between:

    1. Β£900 – Β£1,500 per month in most UK cities

    2. Β£1,300 – Β£1,800 per month in London

Where your money goes:

    1. Rent will be your biggest expense

    2. Food and groceries

    3. Transport (student discounts help a lot)

    4. Mobile phone, utilities, and daily essentials

Your lifestyle and city choice will shape your budget more than anything else.

Will I have to do a visa interview? What do they ask?

Some students are called for a credibility interview as part of the Student Visa process. You might be asked a few questions, for example:

    1. Why did you choose this specific course and university?

    2. How are you funding your studies?

    3. What are your plans after graduation?

Your answers must match your Statement of Purpose, CAS, and financial documents.

Can I work while studying on a student visa?

Yes, your visa allows you to work:

Up to 20 hours per week during term time

    Full-time during holidays

Popular part-time jobs include retail, hospitality, campus roles, and tutoring. Working helps with living costs and builds UK experience.

Do UK universities actually give scholarships to international students?

Yes, many do. Scholarships are often based on:

    1. Academic excellence

    2. Leadership experience

    3. Your home country (Some automatic bursaries)

Some scholarships are automatic tuition discounts. Others need a separate application, please don't skip those.

Is it hard to find a part-time job in the UK?

The job market can be competitive, especially in big cities. Your success depends on:

    1. Preparing early (CV and applications before you arrive)

    2. Having a UK-style CV

    3. Being ready for interviews

    4. Staying persistent

    5. Registering with job agencies

What entry requirements do I need to meet?

Most universities typically ask for:

    1. A recognised bachelor's degree (for postgraduate study)

    2. A levels / CBSE / +2 / IB (for undergraduate study)

    3. IELTS 6.0 - 7.0 (or equivalent)

    4. A relevant academic background

Top universities will have higher academic and English requirements.

When should I start my application?

The best timeline is 9-12 months before your intended intake. That gives you the most options. Applying early also improves your scholarship chances and makes visa timelines less stressful.

What intakes are available in the UK?

September/October: Main intake, largest course selection

    January/February: Limited courses available

May: Only a few universities offer this

September intake gives you the widest opportunities.

Can I stay and work in the UK after I graduate?

Yes. You can apply for the Graduate Route visa, which lets you stay and work in the UK after completing your degree. UG/PG gets 18 months (Starting January 2027) and PHD gets 3 years.

What is CAS, and why do I need it?

CAS stands for Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. It is a document your university gives you after you are admitted. You cannot apply for your Student Visa without it.

Do I really need IELTS to study in the UK?

Most universities require IELTS or another approved English test. However, you might get an exemption if:

    1. You previously studied in English and can get a Medium of Instruction (MOI) Letter.

    2. You meet specific academic conditions.

You must check with an individual University as requirements vary.

What are the biggest challenges international students face?

Be prepared for:

    1. High cost of living, it adds up faster than you expect

    2. Competition for part-time jobs

    3. Adjusting to a new culture

    4. Academic pressure
